You can find us at A V Techno Soft India Pvt. Ltd. over at Rz-1 B in the Syndicate Enclave. It is in Raghu Nagar, which is quite close to Dabri More. If you are coming from that direction, it is a pretty easy walk. The enclave is a quiet enough spot, which is good for the kind of software work we do here. Our office isn't very large, just a few rooms where the team sits. We have been here for some time now and have gotten to know the neighborhood well. It is a bit of a residential feel around here, which we prefer over those big glass office buildings. We spend most of our time on our computers, writing code or testing things. Sometimes we lose track of time and stay a bit late, but that’s the nature of the work. We don't really do anything for show. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and mugs. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have any fancy titles or a big management structure. We just talk to each other and get the tasks done. Raghu Nagar is a decent place to be based. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a group of people who are good at tech soft stuff and want to do an honest day's work. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We just keep our focus on the current project.
