3 Vision Private Limited is located over in Dwarka at Kailash Apartment, Plot No.- 2, in Sector 4. We aren't in a big commercial tower or anything; we work out of an apartment space at B-28. It makes things a bit more relaxed, and we don’t have to deal with the typical office building atmosphere or expensive elevators. There’s a small group of us here, and we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on our projects. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a market. We don’t have a big sign outside or a lobby to wait in with magazines. If you’re looking for us, you just come to the apartment block and look for the number. We’ve set up our desks and equipment in a way that works for us, even if it’s a bit crowded sometimes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do our work well and keep our clients happy without all the corporate nonsense that usually happens. Sometimes we have meetings around the kitchen table because it’s the biggest flat surface we have in the place. It’s a practical setup and it keeps our costs down, which is good for everyone. We’ve been in Sector 4 for a while now and we like the vibe of the area. It’s just a normal place where we come to work every morning and do what needs to be done.
