We have been at Iris House for a while now. Nangal Raya is a busy spot, but we like being here at the 16 Business Centre. It is just a regular office where we handle all the tile work. People come in and out all day. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing and the coffee machine acts up, but we get things done. We mostly deal with ceramics and flooring stuff. It is not a fancy place, just a lot of samples and desks. The team knows the products well because they have been working with them for years. We spend a lot of time looking at patterns and checking orders to make sure the right boxes go to the right trucks. It can get a bit dusty sometimes with all the tile samples lying around. If you walk into Iris House, you will see we are not about big speeches or anything like that. We just show up, talk to customers about what they need for their floors or walls, and try to keep things moving. The weather in Delhi gets pretty hot in the summer, which makes the warehouse side of things a bit tough, but the office stays okay. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. Most of the folks here have been around for a long time. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. There is always a stack of paperwork on someone’s desk and a few tiles leaning against the wall.
