We are located in Katwariasarai, New Delhi, specifically at F-35/1 on the ground floor. We share the space with Sahib Singh’s setup, and our spot is Room No.-1A. It is a typical Delhi neighborhood, very compact and always busy with students and local workers moving around. Our office isn't very big, so we have to be clever about how we stack the tile samples and where we put the desk. It gets a bit crowded when more than two people are inside at once. Being on the ground floor is a help though, as we don't have to carry heavy boxes up any stairs. The room stays a bit dark because there isn't much sunlight reaching into this part of the building, so we keep the overhead lights on all day. We spend most of our time answering the phone and writing down order details in our registers. There is always a lot of noise from the street, but that is just part of living and working in this city. We don't have any fancy signs or a big storefront, just a simple place where we manage the tile business. It is a humble setup, but it works for us. We focus on getting the daily tasks done and keeping the paperwork in order for the next day.
