Oracle Conbuild Limited Liability Partne is based in the Vasant Kunj area as well. Our office is located near the BSES Rajdhani 7222 spot, right in Sector-D, Pocket-7. We are also situated along Maharuli Road, which is one of the busiest roads in this part of Delhi. Dealing with construction and building projects means we are always juggling a lot of different things at once. The office environment here is quite grounded and we don't really have any corporate polish. It’s just a place where we get our work done and keep track of all the different sites we are involved with. Mehrauli Road always has a lot going on, so there’s plenty of noise and activity right outside our door. We spend most of our mornings going through emails and making calls to suppliers. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for very long. The office layout is simple with enough room for our files and a few desks for the staff. We’ve been in this pocket of Vasant Kunj for a while and it suits us just fine. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we manage to stay organized. We focus on the practical side of things and don't really worry about making the office look like a showroom. It’s just a workspace for real construction and build work every day.
