Optima Technology Partners

You can find us over at New Aashiana Apartments, Plot No.-10, in Dwarka. This is New Delhi-110075. We aren't in a big glass office building; we are based right here in the residential area. It makes for a much nicer walk to work. We call ourselves Optima Technology Partners, and we mostly help businesses with their tech needs. It ranges from setting up networks to fixing software issues that pop up. Dwarka is a big area, but our little corner is pretty quiet. We have a small setup with our computers and testing equipment. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people in suits every day. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable for working on hardware. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have gotten to know the other people in the building. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don't have a sales team calling people all day. Most of our work comes from people nearby or folks who have worked with us before. We just take things one day at a time. If a server goes down or someone’s email stops working, they give us a call and we get it fixed. It’s practical work. We don't use big words to explain things. We just tell you what’s wrong and how we can fix it. It’s a simple way to run a tech business without all the unnecessary fuss.
