We are located right in the middle of things, covering Delhi and Haryana. Our zip code is 110075. It’s a broad area to work in, but we manage. We don’t have a massive headquarters with glass walls. It’s more of a practical setup. We handle a lot of different tasks related to our name. Every morning is different. One day we are dealing with logistics, the next it’s something else entirely. We don't use a lot of fancy words to talk about what we do. We just get on with it. It gets hot in the summer here, so the fans are always on full blast. We've got a small fridge for cold water, which is a lifesaver. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and it’s hard to keep up. We don't have a script for how we talk to people. We just talk like normal people. If we don't know an answer, we say so and then try to find it out. It’s a simple way of doing business. We've been around this part of India for a while. You get to know how things work, the shortcuts, and the people. We aren't trying to change the world. We are just trying to do a decent job every day. It’s a lot of coordination between the different spots in Delhi and Haryana. We just keep moving forward, one day at a time.
