It is a residential neighborhood, so it is a lot quieter than the industrial or commercial parts of the city. We chose this spot because it feels more personal and keeps things simple. The office is basically just a converted flat with desks, computers, and plenty of space for our building plans. We are a private limited company, but we do not act like a big corporation. There are no suits or formal boardrooms here. We just sit around and discuss our buildup projects over lunch or tea. The stairs are there if you want some exercise, but the lift usually works fine. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. Being in Dwarka is nice because it is a bit more spread out. We focus on our construction work and try to keep things organized. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with blueprints and samples of materials, but that is just how we work. We do not have a marketing team to write fancy things about us. We are just a small group of people who enjoy building things and making sure the projects are handled correctly.
