New Yard Buildtech Private Limited is located out in Najafgarh on the Chawla Kanganheri Road. Our office is on a shop plot, specifically Plot AI, Mustail No - 44, Kh No 110071. It is on the ground floor which makes it easy for the trucks and vendors to find us. This part of South West Delhi is still growing a lot, so there is plenty of dust and construction noise all around. We handle a lot of the buildtech side of things, which mostly means we look at drawings and figure out the engineering bits. The office isn't anything special to look at. It has sturdy furniture and some cabinets full of old records. We drink a lot of water because it gets very hot out here near the road. The traffic on Chawla Kanganheri Road is constant, mostly tractors and heavy lorries moving through. We spend our mornings checking the work schedules and our afternoons out at the different sites we are managing. It’s a hands-on job. You can’t really do this kind of work sitting behind a desk all day. We have to be out there checking the foundations and the walls. Sometimes we get frustrated with the delays, but that is part of the territory. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us as the guys who are always busy with some new project or another.
