NANDA DEVI PROJECTS LLP is based at B 24 in the Community Centre of Block B. We are located on Dharm Marg in Janakpuri. This area of West Delhi is usually quite active with people going to the local shops and offices. Our space in the community centre is pretty straightforward. It is not one of those modern high-rise buildings; it is a more traditional setup that has been here for years. We handle various project-related work from this office. Usually, you will find a couple of us here sorting through papers or talking to clients. Janakpuri is a nice place to be because everything you need is within walking distance. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. We mostly rely on the fact that we have been around and people in the area know what we do. The office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and files, but we know where everything is. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We aren't concerned with looking corporate or polished. We just want to make sure the projects we are managing are progressing as they should. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall nearby while we work. It’s a simple routine, but it allows us to focus on the actual work instead of worrying about appearances. We are just a local team doing our thing and making sure the paperwork stays in order for our clients.
