We’re located over in Palam Colony, specifically at E-65, Street No. 17 in Sadh Nagar. It’s a real residential neighborhood, so it’s got a lot of life to it. You’ll hear kids playing outside and neighbors talking across the street. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside. It’s just a regular building like all the others on the street. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of boxes. We do international work, which sounds more impressive than it feels when you’re actually doing it. Mostly, it’s just a lot of logistics and making sure things get from point A to point B. We’ve been in Sadh Nagar for quite a while now, and we like it here. It’s home. The stairs are a bit steep, so you have to be careful when you’re carrying stuff up. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a PR team. We just do our work and hope people are happy with it. Most of our customers have been with us for years. We know their voices on the phone and their kids' names. It’s that kind of business. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit around and wait for it to come back on, maybe grab a samosa from the corner shop. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a place where we get things done at our own pace. We've been at this a while now and it's okay.
