Aranya Handicraft

Our little shop is at 100 Pocket B Metro View Sector 13 Dwarka. It’s a decent area, much quieter than the center of the city, and we actually get a bit of a view of the metro line from the front window. We’ve been working out of this space for a while and it feels like home now. The morning sun hits the front of the shop quite hard, so it can get a bit warm before we turn the fans on. We spend most of our time unpacking crates and checking if anything got bumped during the transport. It’s a simple routine we have, starting with a sweep of the floor and a quick inventory check. Some of the neighbors from the Metro View apartments come by just to chat for a bit, which is nice when the day is slow. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a few of us trying to keep the shelves organized. The back room is always overflowing with packing materials and bubble wrap because we try to be careful with the items. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact pocket in Sector 13, so we spend a lot of time on the phone giving directions. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or advertisements. We just show up, open the doors, and see what the day brings us.
