Modien Projects Private Limited is based out of Bharat Vihar in the Kakrola area, specifically at D-357/6. It’s in South West Delhi, near the 110078 pin code area. The office is a modest setup in a part of the city that's seeing a lot of new things being built. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a handful of us working out of this space. The street can be a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just how Bharat Vihar is right now. We handle various projects from this office, mostly keeping track of schedules and paperwork. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find leather chairs and expensive art. It’s more about metal desks, stacks of blueprints, and a lot of coffee to keep us going. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to get materials delivered or checking on site progress. Being in Kakrola means we are close to the action, which is helpful. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power flickers, but we just get on with it. It’s a real, working office where things actually get done. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing who we are and seeing the work we do. The location works for us, and we feel connected to the neighborhood.
