Minetech Developers Private Limited

We are located over at Sanskriti Apartment in Dwarka Sector 19B. It’s a multistorey building, and Minetech Developers Private Limited is based out of Flat No 372 on the sixth floor. Being in a residential apartment complex makes for a different kind of workday compared to a commercial hub. It’s a bit quieter up here on the 6 floor, which is nice when you have a lot of numbers to crunch or plans to look at. We use the flat as our main base for everything. You have to go through the main gate of the apartment society and then take the lift up. The West Delhi area around here has developed a lot, but this specific pocket of Dwarka feels a bit more settled. Our office doesn't look like those places you see in movies; it’s just a regular flat with some office furniture and computers set up in the rooms. We mostly focus on our own tasks and don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, which suits us just fine. Sometimes we look out the window at the other buildings in the complex while we’re on a break. It’s a simple life, really. We start our day like anyone else, getting some tea and then going through the emails and messages. There’s always stuff to do with the developers side of things, but we take it one step at a time. It's just us here, working out of a flat in 110075. We keep the files in the back room.
