You can find Michigan Engineers Pvt. Ltd. over in Dwarka Phase I. We are based on the first floor of House No.374, which is in Pocket 13 of the DDA Flats. If you know New Delhi-45, you know these pockets can be a bit confusing to navigate at first. Our space is tucked away inside the residential blocks, so it’s fairly quiet during the work hours compared to the main market areas. We’ve been set up on this floor for some time. There is a lot of stair climbing involved throughout the day since we are on the first floor, and the delivery guys sometimes complain about finding the right house number in Pocket 13. It’s a lived-in area. You see neighbors walking their dogs or kids playing while we are inside dealing with engineering matters. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We prefer it this way because it keeps the distractions down. Being in a DDA flat means the rooms are a specific size, so we have to be smart about where we put our equipment. It gets quite warm in the summer, but the Delhi heat is something everyone here is used to. We just keep the tea coming and stay busy. It’s a practical setup for us. We don’t need a glass skyscraper to do what we do.
