Metroes Buildhome Llp is located in Pkt I of Dwarka. Our office is actually in a flat, F No. 445, in Sector-12. Being in South West Delhi, especially in a place like Dwarka, means we are surrounded by residential buildings and wide roads. Sector-12 is a pretty convenient spot and we’ve been operating from this flat for some time. We focus on building homes, as the name suggests. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the more commercial parts of the city. We have set up the rooms to function as our workspace with enough space for our computers and all the project folders. Most of our day involves talking to people about their housing needs or checking on the progress of various construction sites. Since we are in a residential pocket, it feels more personal than a big office block. We don’t have a massive reception area or anything like that. People who come to see us usually just walk up to the flat. It’s a very straightforward setup. We keep track of everything from here and make sure the projects stay on schedule. Dwarka Sector-12 is a good place for us because it’s easy to get to other parts of South West Delhi from here. We just go about our work in a quiet way and try to make sure everything is handled properly without any unnecessary drama or fancy talk. It's just a regular office for regular work.
