Mckinsey Knowledge Center I Private Limited is over here in Safdarjung Enclave. We are at 58 Dda Csp Flat, which isn't always the easiest to find if you aren't from around this part of New Delhi. The area is pretty busy most days. You get used to the noise of the city after a while. Our office is just a regular place where we get our work done. There are a few of us who have been here for years. It’s not a huge fancy building, just a practical space that fits what we do. We mostly focus on research and looking at information for different projects. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but that is just part of being in Delhi. People come and go throughout the day. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. It gets quite hot in the summer months, so the air conditioning stays on pretty much all the time. Most of us take the metro or find a spot to park nearby, which can be a real headache. We don't really have a big sign out front or anything. If you are looking for us, you just look for the flat number. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as the computers are running and we have enough space for our papers, it works out fine for everyone involved here.
