Mckinsey Co

Our office is located in Vasant Kunj at D 2 2061. It’s one of those typical Delhi residential blocks where everything looks similar, so people often get turned around. The office is basically a flat that we’ve repurposed for Mckinsey Co. It’s a quiet area, which is good for getting work done without too many distractions. We have a few desks set up in the main room and the balcony is full of old boxes and some plants that we sometimes forget to water. It’s not a polished environment by any means. The walls have some marks on them and the flooring is that standard old-style tile. We don't really have visitors often, so we don't worry about making it look like a showroom. Most of our day is spent dealing with emails and phone calls. The parking in D 2 can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we’re glad we’re already inside by then. There’s a small market nearby where we get our lunch most days. It’s a very honest, local way to work. We don’t have a big corporate sign, just our name near the bell. It feels more like a home than a workplace, which keeps the stress levels down. We just do our bit and keep things moving along without needing anything fancy or looking for attention from the street.
