We are located over at 3/84 on the NCERT Campus, right off Sri Aurobindo Marg. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you haven't been here before, so we often tell people to look for the block number once they get inside the campus gates. Our daily work is pretty much what you’d expect from an insurance office—lots of forms, checking details, and helping people understand what they’re signing up for. It’s a lot of admin work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. The office itself is quite simple, with several rows of desks and some chairs for visitors. Because we’re on the campus, it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road, though the hum of the air conditioner is always there in the background. We have a lot of files to keep track of, so there are cabinets lining most of the walls. It’s not a fancy place with modern art or anything like that; it’s just where we come to work every day. We deal with all sorts of people, from young folks getting their first policy to older people coming in with questions. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and we have to spend a Saturday catching up, but that’s just part of the job. We try to be helpful and just get through the day’s tasks one by one without any complicated systems.
