We’re located in New Delhi, specifically in the 110045 area code. It’s a typical Delhi office, honestly. Some days it feels like the whole city is trying to find a new job all at once, and other days it’s just us and the humming of the air conditioner. We handle a lot of different types of staffing work. People walk in with their folders, hoping for a break, and we do what we can to guide them to the right companies. It’s a lot of admin work, mostly. Filing names, checking references, and making sure the contracts are actually readable. We don't have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just come in, open the shutters, and start going through the list of who needs what. The streets around here are always noisy, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It’s a good location for people to reach us by bus or metro, which helps because a lot of the folks we help don't have their own cars yet. We try to be straightforward with people. If a job isn't a good fit, we tell them. There’s no point in wasting everyone’s time. It’s just a regular office doing regular work for people in the city who need to earn a living. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon.
