Our office is in the Innovative Building, specifically Room 202 on the second floor. The address is B-133 in Katwaria Sarai Phase II. It’s an interesting part of New Delhi because there are so many people around, mostly students and young workers. Mancer Consulting Services Pvt Ltd is the full name, but we usually just think of ourselves as the team in Room 202. Consulting involves a lot of listening and even more talking. We spend hours on the phone or sitting across from people trying to figure out how to help them with their careers or their businesses. The building itself is okay, though the elevator can be a bit temperamental, so we often just take the stairs to the second floor. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of half-empty tea cups. We don't have a polished corporate vibe here; it's more about working hard and staying organized. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when everyone is talking at once, but we manage. Katwaria Sarai has its own energy, and we are just a small part of that. We’ve been here for a while and know the local tea stall guy pretty well. It’s a practical place to work. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk, we just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get things right for everyone. Most of the time, we are just happy when the internet stays stable all through the day.
