Mak Hr Services is based right over at A 8/-3 on the I.I.T Campus. Being in this part of New Delhi means we’re surrounded by a lot of energy and students, which keeps things interesting. It’s not your typical commercial district, but it works for us. Our office is pretty modest. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We handle a lot of HR stuff, which means lots of phone calls and resumes. Some days the air conditioning struggles a bit in the summer heat, but we manage. We don't have a big corporate handbook on how to talk to people; we just talk like normal folks. We’ve been at this for a while, and we’ve learned that being straightforward is usually the best way to go. No one here is wearing a three-piece suit unless they absolutely have to. Most of the time, we’re just dressed casually, trying to get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you’ve never been to the campus before, but we like the quiet atmosphere here. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to do our jobs well and go home to our families. It's just us in a small room, making things happen every day without much noise or trouble.
