Our office is located at C 49 in Anand Niketan. If you live in New Delhi, you probably know the area well. It is a quiet enough street for the most part, which really helps when we are trying to concentrate on the management consulting work we do at Mafoi Management Consultants. We have been operating from this building for a good amount of time now. We are not some big corporate machine with glass walls and uniforms. It is more of a place where we actually sit down and get into the small details of what our clients need. The building at C 49 is easy enough to find if you are looking for it. Inside, it is mostly just us working through stacks of documents and taking calls throughout the day. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations or slogans. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Delhi can be pretty overwhelming, but Anand Niketan feels a bit more grounded to us. We like being based here because it is central without feeling like the middle of a chaotic market. Most of the people working in this office have lived in the city for years. We understand how businesses here operate because we see it every single day. It is not always perfect, and sometimes the internet acts up or we run out of tea, but the work always gets finished eventually. We take things as they come.
