Larsen Toubro Limited

Larsen Toubro Limited is located at Plot 16 in Sect 5 over in Dawarka. We have a very functional setup here because we manage a lot of infrastructure work in this part of India. The office is right on the plot and we’ve kept it simple and sturdy. We don’t have any fancy decorations or soft carpets. It’s mostly metal desks and concrete floors because that’s what works for a construction company. Every morning there is a bit of a rush when the crews arrive to pick up their assignments. We check over the equipment and make sure everyone has what they need for the day ahead. Dawarka is growing fast and there is always plenty of work to keep us busy. We have to keep a very close eye on our inventory so we don't run out of materials at a bad time. It can be a bit of a hectic place but we have our own way of staying organized. We don’t spend money on big advertisements or marketing campaigns. Most people in the trade know where to find us. We just focus on the engineering side and making sure every structure we build is solid and safe. The hours can be quite long, especially when we are trying to finish a big project. We have a small corner for tea breaks where we can sit for a minute. It’s a practical and hardworking environment.
