Larsen & Toubro Ltd

We are part of Larsen & Toubro Ltd and based in Dwarka, specifically in Pocket 2 of Sector 19. Our space is in Flat No 484. It’s a typical Delhi residential area, which makes for a different kind of work environment than a high-rise in the center of the city. We like it because it feels more grounded. Most days, we are busy with the logistics of our various projects around the capital. There’s always a lot of paperwork to deal with when you are working in Delhi, and this flat is where we tackle all of that. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a place where real work happens. We have desks, chairs, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We try to keep things moving as best we can. The noise from the street is always there, but you get used to it after a while. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of planning. We don’t really have customers walking in, so we don't worry about how the place looks to outsiders. We just care about getting the numbers right and making sure the crews have their instructions. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We’ve been here for a bit and it suits our needs just fine. We spend our time coordinating with the different sites and making sure everyone is on the same page for the upcoming week of work.
