Larsen & Toubro Ltd. Ecc Division

We are located at C-158 in the Siddhartha Kunj Apartments, which is in Sector 7, Plot No. 17 of Dwarka. It is a bit unusual for an ECC Division office to be in an apartment complex, but it works well for us here in New Delhi. Dwarka is a huge residential area, so it’s actually quite nice to be away from the heavy industrial zones. We have converted the space into a functional workspace with enough room for our desks and filing cabinets. The address is easy to find if you know the sector, and the 110075 pin code is our little corner of the capital. Outside, you can see the daily life of the apartment residents, kids playing or people coming home from the market. Inside, we are focused on the construction and engineering tasks that need our attention. It can get a bit noisy with the sounds of the city, but we are used to it. We don't have any big signs or fancy lobbies. You just come in, and we are there working at our stations. The team is small but we have a lot of responsibility. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused, especially when the Delhi heat is at its worst. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth environment where we just get things done without any corporate polish. It feels more like a community than just a regular place of business.
