Down in Dwarka, you’ll find our office at Bahawalpur Apartment. We are at number 116, in Sector 4. It’s right near Ashirwad Chowk, which is a major landmark in this part of New Delhi. Being in a residential apartment building gives the office a different atmosphere than those big glass towers in Gurgaon or Noida. It feels a bit more grounded. We have several rooms that we’ve converted into workspaces. It’s a bit of a tight fit sometimes, especially when we have a lot of documents piled up. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow, so a lot of us just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. You can hear kids playing in the park nearby during the late afternoon. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We don't really do anything promotional here; we just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our time is spent coordinating things over email or talking to people on site. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes eat lunch together. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of environment. No one wears suits unless there’s a very important meeting, which isn't often. We just come in, do our jobs as best as we can, and try to keep things organized in our little corner of Bahawalpur Apartment. It's just a regular office for regular people.
