Larsen & Toubro Limited Ecc Division

Our spot is at Rz-72 in Dabri Extension, right on Palam Road. If you know New Delhi 110045, you know this area is always moving. The office for the Larsen & Toubro ECC division here is a practical one. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, you just walk in and find someone sitting at a desk covered in site photos and bills. The walls are painted a simple white, though they could probably use a new coat soon. We have a few filing cabinets that are stuffed to the brim. It’s a working office, not a showroom. Palam Road is noisy, and you can hear the horns honking all day long. We keep the windows shut to try and keep the dust out, but it finds its way in anyway. We spend a lot of time on the phone here, coordinating with people on the ground. The team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of formal meetings. We just talk across the room. There’s a small area where we keep the water cooler and some snacks. It’s a bit messy, with stacks of paper everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't try to impress anyone with the decor. We are just here to do our part for the company from this little corner of the city. It's a busy life but we like it here.
