So, L&T has this spot out in Dwarka, New Delhi. If you’ve ever spent time in 110075, you know it’s a busy part of the city. There’s always something happening outside. We aren't in one of those huge flashy glass towers you see in some parts of Delhi. It’s more of a practical setup. We come in every morning, deal with the Delhi traffic like everyone else, and get started. The area has changed quite a bit over the years. More shops have opened up nearby, and the roads are always packed with cars and rickshaws. Inside our space, it’s pretty straightforward. We have what we need to get through the day's work. It isn't always perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the tea man comes by, or we just grab something quick from the local stalls. It’s a very local feel, despite the big name. We are just a small part of the massive puzzle that is New Delhi. The heat in the summer can be a bit much, but the coolers keep us going. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We are more focused on just doing what we have to do. People around here know us as just another group of workers in the neighborhood. It’s a decent place to be based, right in the heart of the sub-city.
