We are located in the Metro View Apartments in Dwarka, New Delhi. Our office is in Flat No. 620, which is in Pocket-B, Sector-13. It’s a bit different because we are in an apartment building, not a commercial block. It makes the whole thing feel a bit more personal and less like a cold office. Being in New Delhi means it's always fast-paced outside, but inside our flat, we keep things focused. We have our computers set up and files organized as best as we can. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for the team we have. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress people with big presentations. We just do the work that needs doing. The view of the metro is right there, which is where the building gets its name. It’s convenient for getting around. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a delivery, but we handle everything with a smile. We aren't interested in being "the best" or "the leaders." We just want to provide a solid day's work and keep things moving. It’s a practical setup for a practical group of people. We enjoy the routine of coming here and getting stuck into our tasks. No frills, just L&T in Dwarka. That’s how we've always operated and it seems to work for us.
