Lakshya Hr Solutions is located right in Shop No: 75 at the Sarojini Nagar Market in New Delhi-110023. If you’ve ever been to the market, you know it’s a whirlwind of people and noise. Being in a shop-front like this means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s not a quiet, fancy office with a big view. Instead, we have the sounds of the market and the smell of street food coming in all day. The shop itself is pretty small, so we have to be careful about where we put everything. We have our desks and some chairs for people who stop by, but there isn't much room for anything else. We handle a lot of HR tasks, which means lots of forms and documents. It can get a bit overwhelming when it’s busy, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't have any polished corporate speeches. We just talk to people like they’re standing right there in the market with us. Some days it’s really hot and the fan doesn't do much, but we keep working anyway. It’s a very honest way to work, being right there where the people are. We’ve been at Shop 75 for a while and we know the other shopkeepers around us. It’s a busy, practical life, and we don’t try to make it sound like anything more than it is.
