You can find Lakhdatar Contractors right on the ground floor of Plot No. 40 in the F-Block of New Roshanpura Extension. It's tucked away in South West Delhi, near Kh. No. 446. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while, mostly handling contracting jobs around the city. It’s a busy place. There’s always someone coming or going, usually with boots covered in dust from a site. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything. Usually, it’s just one of us sitting at the desk handling the bills while the rest are out in the field. New Delhi is a huge place, so being based here in Roshanpura helps us get around to the different projects we take on. The work can be pretty gritty. We deal with labor, materials, and those constant delays that seem to happen in construction no matter what you do. It isn't always smooth, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest firm in India, just a reliable one that gets the job done. If you walk by F-Block, you'll probably see our vehicles or some supplies stacked up. We keep things pretty simple here. No big speeches about what we do, we just get to the site and start working on whatever needs doing that day. It's honest work and it keeps us occupied here in South West Delhi.
