This branch is based out of Dwarka in New Delhi. We are in Sector-7, in those SFS DDA flats. Specifically, Plot or Pocket 1, at 44-D. It’s a residential area mostly, so it doesn't feel like a cold business district. You see families walking by and kids playing while we are inside dealing with spreadsheets and project plans. Working out of a flat gives it a bit of a homey feel, though we’ve turned it into a proper workspace. The rooms are filled with desks and there are stacks of maps and diagrams everywhere. Dwarka is quite spread out, so being here in Sector-7 is convenient for those of us living on this side of Delhi. It’s not a tall skyscraper office. It’s just a standard DDA flat where we’ve set up shop. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it’s just a delivery for one of the neighbors. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s practical for us. We don't spend money on fancy lobby art or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to stay organized and get through the tasks for the day. It gets the job done without any unnecessary extras. It’s a straightforward setup for the people at Lahmeyer International India Pvt Ltd. We’ve been here long enough that the guards at the gate know us all by name now. It's a simple life here.
