Khanna Malleables

Khanna Malleables is based out of the Focal Point Extension, at plot B-8. This is a real industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery and the smell of hot metal in the air. It’s not the cleanest place to work, but we are used to the grease and the grit that comes with making malleable iron parts. We’ve been operating here for quite a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it’s sturdy. Our days are mostly about the furnaces and the molds. It’s heavy work and it can get incredibly hot during the middle of the day, especially in the summer. We have a crew that has been with us for a long time, and we all know our roles. We don't spend much time in the front office because the real work happens in the back. There’s no marketing department here; we just rely on the fact that we’ve been doing this for years and people know where to find us. Sometimes things go wrong with the equipment and we have to spend half the day fixing it, but that is just part of the trade. It’s a loud, busy environment where we focus on getting the production numbers right. We just want to make parts that work and keep the shop running for another year. It’s a tough way to make a living, but it’s what we know how to do.
