At Keane, Inc., we are tucked away in Katwaria Saria, New Delhi. This part of New Delhi 110016 is a mix of students and small offices like ours. For a good few years now, we have been working from this spot. The office is nothing special to look at, just a place where the daily work gets done. Technical stuff and data take up a lot of our time, but we try not to make it sound more complicated than it is. Since most of us have been working together for a long time, we know how everyone thinks. The streets around Katwaria Saria are narrow and can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to them. This area is a great place to be because there is always something going on. Big meetings or fancy presentations aren't really our style. Usually, the team just sits around the main table and figures things out as they come. Just around the corner is a small tea shop where we get our morning fix. Although the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise sometimes, we just ignore it. Regular people trying to do a good job is what you will find here. We aren't some big faceless company. Walking in, you will see we are just folks in a regular office. Keeping our heads down and working is what we do.
