Kakubai & Sons

Our place is situated in Flat No. 1369, right in Sector-B, Pocket-1 of Vasant Kunj. It is more of a residential setup than a big commercial office, which actually suits us just fine. Kakubai & Sons has been operating from this spot for a good while. Vasant Kunj is a nice enough area, though it can get a bit crowded near the markets. Since we are in a flat, it feels a lot more personal than working in a huge glass building. We have our desks set up and everything we need to run things properly. It is quiet for the most part, except when the neighbors are out or when deliveries arrive. We don't have a big reception desk or a bunch of staff in suits. It’s just us doing our daily tasks. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We’ve found that being in a pocket like this makes it easier to manage the day-to-day operations without too much outside distraction. Sometimes people have a little trouble finding the exact building number at first because the pockets can be confusing, but once they get here, it’s all straightforward. We like the pace here. It isn't as frantic as some of the main business hubs in the city. We keep our files organized and just make sure the work gets done on time. It is a simple life for us here at the flat. We don't really have visitors often, but we’re always around.
