Arjun Vegetable

You can find Arjun Vegetable at Plot No. 312 in Sector E2 of Vasant Kunj. We are tucked away near Mahipalpur Village, which is a bit of a transition from the busier parts of the sector. Every morning starts way before the sun is up. That’s when the trucks arrive with all the fresh stuff from the farms. We spend those early hours unloading crates of potatoes, onions, and whatever else is in season. The air is always a bit damp and cool then. By the time the residents of Vasant Kunj start waking up, we’ve got everything laid out. It’s a lot of lifting and carrying, and our backs usually ache by noon. We don't have any fancy cooling systems, just some fans and a lot of water to keep the greens looking okay. We’ve known some of our customers for years; they come by every few days to see what’s good. We don't do any big advertising. People just know we are here because of the piles of vegetables out front. Sometimes it’s chaotic when everyone wants their shopping done at the same time, but we manage. The village nearby brings a different crowd than the main sector, so it’s a good mix of people. It’s just us, some crates, and the daily struggle to keep things fresh before the heat kicks in.
