Our office is tucked away in Pochan Pur, right across from the EPFO building in Sector 23. If you know Dwarka, you know how busy Sai Enclave can get during the rush hour. We are on the upper ground floor of Plot 19. It’s a basic space, really. We spend most of our time coordinating deliveries and making sure the inventory is moving. Kaar Foods isn't a huge operation. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things organized. The area around here is always active with people going to the government offices nearby. Sometimes we grab a bite at the local stalls when things get hectic. Dealing with food logistics involves a lot of back-and-forth on the phone. We don't have a polished front desk or anything like that. It’s more about desks piled with folders and the sound of the printer going off. We chose this spot because it’s accessible for the staff and close enough to the main roads. It gets a bit dusty with the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We don't go in for big meetings or long-term strategy sessions. Mostly, we just look at what needs to be shipped out today and what we need to order for tomorrow. It is a very hands-on kind of environment. We just focus on the task at hand and get things done for the day.
