Our place is over at 77 Dwarka Sector 12, inside the Sarvodya Apartment complex. R G V Food Pvt Ltd might sound like a big name, but we are just a small group working out of this spot. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than a factory zone. We handle food stuff here, so everything is about cleaning and prepping and making sure things are packed right. The kitchen area gets pretty warm, especially when the stoves have been on since six in the morning. We don’t really have a storefront where people walk in to eat, it’s more about the production side of things. We have a few delivery vans that come and go. Dealing with food means there's always a lot of washing up to do. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day. We try to keep the noise down because of the neighbors in the apartments. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is just a quick walk or a cycle ride. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the local vendors quite well. It’s a decent place to work. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure everything looks right before it goes out the door. It’s just a normal job for us, keeping the business running day by day and making sure everything stays clean and ready for delivery.
