Juliet Buildcon Private Limited

Juliet Buildcon is based out of Sector 19 B in Dwarka. We actually work out of Flat 4072 in the Bhagwati CGHS building, up on the 7th floor. It gives us a good view of the area, though we aren't in the office much. Most of our time is spent on construction sites across South West Delhi. Dwarka has grown a lot and we’ve been part of that growth in our own small way. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a dedicated group that knows how to put a building together. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery gets lost or the weather ruins a fresh pour of concrete. We just deal with it and move on. We don't have a lot of polished brochures or a sales team. If you talk to us, you're talking to the people who actually oversee the work. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy the process of seeing something go from a hole in the ground to a finished structure. Our setup is pretty basic, just some desks and computers for the technical stuff. We value being able to walk onto a site and knowing exactly what’s happening with every beam and pillar. It’s a hands-on business and that’s the only way we know how to run it. We just keep it simple and focus on the bricks and the mortar until the job is done.
