Job Resources

Our office is in Munirka, at A 6 G, inside the DDA Flats. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't familiar with the layout. New Delhi 110067 is where we’ve been for a while. We go by Job Resources. It’s a simple name for a simple operation. We mostly help out with hiring and finding people for different roles. It’s a lot of sitting at the desks and talking on the phone. The DDA Flats area is mostly residential, so it feels quite lived-in. We aren’t in a high-rise building or anything like that. Just a ground-floor unit that we’ve turned into an office space. It’s got a bit of a homey feel, for better or worse. We have a small tea kettle and a stack of folders that never seems to get smaller. Haryana is just across the way, so we get people from all over. The commute is okay, though the roads get crowded around rush hour. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us answering calls and trying to match people up with what they need. We don't make big promises. We just look at the resumes and see what fits. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps us busy. That’s really all there is to it here in Munirka. We spend most of our days staring at the spreadsheets and making sure we haven't missed any messages from the morning.
