JGS Buildcon Private Limited is tucked away in Mahavir Enclave. If you know the Palam Colony area in South West Delhi, you probably know where Dr NL Gupta’s place is. We are right there at RZ C 3/82. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of families and small shops all over the place. Our office isn't anything special, just a place where we keep our tools and our records. We spend most of our time out on different sites across Delhi-110045, but this is where the planning happens. The streets around Mahavir Enclave can be narrow, so we’ve gotten really good at maneuvering the bikes and trucks around. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work that comes our way and go home at the end of the day. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we usually have the fan going full blast while we look over the books. Working in construction means there’s always something that needs fixing or a permit that needs a signature. We just take it one day at a time. It’s a small team, mostly just a few of us who have known each other for years. We like being based in this part of town because it feels like a real community where everyone knows everyone else’s business.
