We are located at 19, Sardar Patel Marg in Chanakya Puri. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into the neighborhood. J. V. Gokal & Co. Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this building for a long time. It’s a solid structure, nothing like the thin-walled offices they build nowadays. You can actually think here without hearing every single thing happening in the next room. Our day-to-day is pretty standard. We handle a lot of paperwork and stay on the phone quite a bit. The desks are usually piled with folders, and there’s always a list of things to get through before the day ends. We aren't big on formalities here. Most of us just wear what's comfortable and get on with our jobs. There’s a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. The view outside is mostly just the street and some trees, but it’s nice to look at when you need a moment away from the monitor. Traffic on Sardar Patel Marg can get a bit heavy during rush hour, so some of us try to leave a bit early or stay late to avoid the worst of it. It’s just a regular office filled with regular people trying to do a good job. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; we just focus on the work in front of us.
