Ivara Infrastructure Llp is located in West Delhi, specifically at Kh No. 30/10 on the 30 Feet Road in Sita Puri. Our office is on the first floor of D-121. It is a fairly straightforward place to work. We deal with infrastructure, which covers a lot of ground, but mostly it means we are busy with planning and managing various projects around the city. The area of Sita Puri is quite active, and being on the 30 Feet Road means there is always a lot of movement outside our door. We are a small team and we don't really go for the corporate look. Our office has what we need—desks, chairs, and a lot of files piled up in the corners. We spend most of our time talking to contractors or checking on the progress of our current jobs. It is not always easy work, and there are many days when things don't go according to plan, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't here to make big promises or use fancy language. We just work on infrastructure because that is what we know how to do. The 110045 area is our home base, and we have gotten used to the daily routine of the neighborhood. Whether it is raining or the sun is beating down, we are usually here on the first floor getting through the mountain of paperwork that comes with this kind of business.
