Iv Constructions Private Limited

We are located at G.R Apartment in Sadh Nagar, specifically on the ground floor of Gali No-45. It’s part of Palam Colony, which is always moving and shaking. Iv Constructions Private Limited is the name on the door, but inside it’s just us working on the next project. We’ve been in this spot at Rz - 36 for some time. The office isn't very large, but it's where we get all the planning done. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or making sure the materials arrived at the right plot. It can be a bit chaotic with the narrow streets and the traffic, but we’re used to it. We don't have a marketing team or anything. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past. People see a house going up and they ask who's doing it, and that's usually how we get our next job. We prefer it that way. It’s more personal. We’ve had some long days and some short ones, but that’s construction for you. We just try to do right by the people who hire us and keep things moving forward. It isn't always pretty, but we get it done. That is basically what we are about here in Palam.
