This office for Ismart Panache P Ltd Gurgaon is actually located at Surabhi Apartments, Flat No 29 on the second floor. It’s in Pocket 1, Sector 11 of Dwarka, New Delhi 110075. It’s a bit funny because the name says Gurgaon but we are over here in Dwarka, which confuses some people at first. The office is inside an apartment building, which makes it feel much more like a regular neighborhood place. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a front desk, just a doorbell and a normal entrance like any other home. Inside, we’ve converted the rooms into workspaces. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of stuff going on, but it works for us. We’ve got our computers set up and there’s always a kettle for tea in the corner. Being in an apartment means it stays a bit quieter than a main road office, which we actually prefer. We mostly just focus on our own tasks and don't worry much about what other businesses are doing. It’s a very practical way to run things without all the overhead of a fancy building. We’ve been at Surabhi Apartments for some time, and we like the Sector 11 area. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a quick walk during the lunch hour just to get some air. It’s just a group of us trying to keep things organized every day.
