INVESTOR BABA BUILDTECH LLP is located right on the 100 Ft. Road in Ghitorni. We are at Kh. No. 354 on the ground floor. It’s a very busy road, so there is always the sound of trucks and cars passing by outside. We like being on the ground floor because it’s easy for people to just walk in and talk to us. The name Investor Baba is a bit different, and people often ask us how we came up with it, but it just stuck. Our office isn't decorated with expensive art or anything. It’s mostly just white walls, some sturdy tables, and a few computers. We have been at Kh. No. 354 for a bit, and we’ve seen the 100 Ft. Road change a lot over the years. Most of our work involves buildtech stuff, so there is always talk about new materials and costs going on in the background. We drink a lot of coffee here to stay awake during the long afternoons. The floor gets a bit muddy when it rains because we are so close to the street, but that’s just part of being in Ghitorni. We are a straightforward group. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar with deadlines marked in red. It’s a practical workspace for people who actually do the work themselves every day.
