We’re based out in Dwarka, specifically in Section 19B. Our office is C-101 on the first floor of the Sea Show CGHS Ltd building at Plot Number 14. Dwarka is quite spread out, but this is a nice, organized spot to be. We focus on infrastructure and lifespaces, which basically means we look at how people live and what kind of buildings they need. The office is pretty calm compared to some other parts of Delhi. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for when people come by to discuss plans. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We take our time with things and try to get the details right. Most of the time, we’re just looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. We don't go in for big mission statements or flashy presentations. We just show the work we’ve done and talk about what’s possible. Being in a residential society like Sea Show means we have to keep things relatively quiet, which actually helps us focus. We’ve got a small team that has been together for a while. We know each other’s habits and how to get things done without a lot of arguing. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a decent job on the projects we take on. It’s honest work from a small office in Sec-19B, just everyday people doing their bit.
