Our office is tucked away in the Akshardham Apartments in Sector 19. It is a residential area, so it is relatively quiet compared to the main roads of New Delhi. We set up Infovision Group Pvt Ltd here because it was convenient and felt more grounded than a big glass tower. The space is a bit cramped once you get all the desks and files in there, but we make it work somehow. Usually, there is a pot of tea going and someone is complaining about the traffic they hit on the way in. We handle a lot of data and information stuff, which means lots of typing and checking lists. It can be repetitive, but someone has to do it. Being in Pocket 3 means we are close to the local shops, so grabbing a quick bite is easy. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. Sometimes the lift in the building gets stuck, or the power goes out for a bit, but that is just life here. We are not a big team, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. It feels more like a small family business than a private limited company sometimes. We just show up, do the work, and head home in the evening. There is no big secret to how we operate. It is just about being consistent and staying on top of the paperwork that piles up on the corner desk.
