Infochip Technologies

We operate out of 3 Vaishali near IIT Delhi. Being in New Delhi, especially around the IIT area, gives us a lot of energy. We are Infochip Technologies, and we mostly deal with technical chips and info systems. It is a specialized kind of work, so we don't expect everyone to understand exactly what happens in our lab spaces. The office is a bit crowded with equipment and computers, but that’s just how we like it. We’ve got wires and parts all over the place sometimes. It’s a hands-on kind of environment. We are located in a spot that’s easy for people to get to, which is nice for our staff who commute from different parts of Delhi. The building is older, but it serves us well. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. Usually, if someone has an idea, they just walk over to the next desk and talk about it. It’s very informal. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and talk about things other than work sometimes. Most of us have a background in engineering or something similar, so we tend to look at things very practically. We don't try to polish up our image for anyone. We just focus on the technology we are building and hope it works the way it's supposed to. It’s a lot of trial and error, but that’s the nature of this business.
